Dr. Eveline Menezes

Eveline Menezes holds a PhD in Muscle and Exercise Physiology from Queen’s University, where she was a member of the Muscle Physiology Lab, and an M.Sc. in Functional and Molecular Biology from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). She has extensive research experience across human, cellular, and animal models. Her academic background includes international research training at Arizona State University and the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as teaching experience at universities in Brazil.
Previously, Eveline completed postdoctoral training at the University of Ottawa, where she contributed to a human research study focused on obesity, dietary interventions, and exercise training. Her scholarly work includes first- and co-authored peer-reviewed publications, and she has served as a peer reviewer for high-impact journals in her field.
