Refund Policy

At Omnipresent Nexus Conferences, we strive to deliver high-quality content and events. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to provide clarity on your options.

1. Newsletter Subscriptions

Our refund policy for newsletter subscriptions depends on the billing cycle you have selected:

• Annual Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first month (30 days) of your annual subscription start date.

• Other Subscriptions (e.g., Monthly): All non-annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once the subscription period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

2. Conference Registrations

Due to the logistical commitments required to host global events, our conference registrations are generally non-refundable.

• Standard Policy: All conference registrations are final. No refunds will be issued once the registration process is complete and payment has been processed.

• Exception for Visa Rejection: We understand that international travel can be unpredictable. If your visa application to enter the host country of the conference is officially denied, you are eligible to receive a one-time complimentary registration to a future Omnipresent Nexus Conference.

  • How to claim this exception: You must contact us before the start date of the original conference and provide official documentation/proof of your visa rejection. Once verified, we will issue your one-time registration waiver for a future event. (Note: This does not constitute a cash refund).

3. Processing Refunds

If you are approved for a newsletter subscription refund, the funds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
