    Since this window is short (4 hours), the content must be “all killer, no filler.”

      • Brief recap of Day 1 and introduction of the keynote speaker.

    • 09:15 AM – 09:55 AM: Opening Keynote: “The State of Global Startups”

      • Speaker: High-profile Tech CEO or VC.

      • Topic: Emerging trends for the next 5 years (AI, GreenTech, Fintech).

    • 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM: Panel Discussion: “Scaling from Zero to One”

      • Panel: 3 Founders + 1 Moderator.

      • Topic: Overcoming early-stage funding gaps, hiring the first 10 employees, and finding product-market fit.

    • 10:50 AM – 11:20 AM: Coffee Break & Power Networking

      • High-energy break with coffee/snacks. Designated zones for “Investors” and “Founders” to mingle.

    • 11:20 AM – 12:20 PM: Breakout Sessions (Choose A or B)

      • Track A (Founders): “Pitch Perfect: Refining your Deck for Series A.”

      • Track B (Investors/Policy): “Regulatory Frameworks for Cross-Border Innovation.”

    • 12:20 PM – 12:50 PM: The “ESUS Flash Pitch” Competition

      • 3 pre-selected startups get 5 minutes each to pitch to the whole room. Audience votes live for a winner.

    • 12:50 PM – 1:00 PM: Closing Remarks & Awards

      • Announcement of Pitch Winner.

      • Thank you note and instructions for the Day 3 City Tour.

      • Summit officially adjourns at 1:00 PM.

  • Day 3: Optional City Tour (additional fees applies)
